JUST EAT LOCAL

BECAUSE IT’S IMPORTANT & BECAUSE THE RIVERSIDE FARMERS’ MARKET TOLD YOU TO

What makes us the RFM?

welcome to the marketQ: What makes a farmers’ market a farmers’ market?

A: Farmers.

Q: What makes a farmers’ market the Riverside Farmers Market?

A: A great mix of farmers bringing to us their fine fruits, vegetables, flowering plants and herbs; bakers (both with gluten and without) who bring breads, pies and other treats; fresh eggs and meats; and much more.

Looking for a chocolate-caramel confection? Check. Looking for hand-crafted soaps from fine ingredients like lavender, shea butter, and bergamot? Check.

Need some fresh honey and heavenly preserves? Check.

Need your knives sharpened so you can slice up that pie and dice up some fresh broccoli? Check.

Looking for a unique piece of pottery for a gift or to treat yourself? Check.

And, because our customers asked for it, we’re again pleased to have Primo Pizza on hand with delicious baked-on-site pizzas and Fruit Blend Smoothies.

And finally, the Riverside Farmers Market is about community. Each week we feature tables dedicated to a local business and a local organization.

Since that just isn’t enough, the Riverside Public Library has a full calendar of events that coincide with the market.

So, take some time out of your Wednesday to buy some quality foods, learn about our community, meet your neighbors, and soak up the character that makes us uniquely the Riverside Farmers’ Market. You’ll find us next to the library from 2:30 to 7 each Wednesday.
