BECAUSE IT’S IMPORTANT & BECAUSE THE RIVERSIDE FARMERS’ MARKET TOLD YOU TO
Here’s the second part of our “Where are they now?” series honoring some of our past vendors. This is not a comprehensive list of all former vendors and I apologize if I missed your favorite.
Gnarly Knots– Who remembers their delicious pretzels from a few years ago? We still talk about them at my house. Their pretzels were amazing and still are but now you have to drive to Winfield where they have a storefront selling pretzels and soup. Go visit the next time you’re out that way.
Katic Breads-Okay, this one might make me cry but they stopped doing afternoon markets so that knocked Riverside Farmers Market out. You can still find their delicious bread at the LaGrange market in the summer and a few winter markets.
Roedger’s Blueberries– Those delicious frozen blueberries are delivered monthly into the west suburban area. You can order on their website.
St. Honore Confections – Delicious gluten-free bakery goods made an appearance one yummy summer. https://www.facebook.com/St-Honore-Confections-135508149856803/
Rare Bird Preserves- Preserves for grown-ups. These amazing preserves are available in specialty markets in the area. Check their webpage for updated locations. http://www.rarebirdpreserves.com/
